Woke up every morning to delightful breakfasts and warm staff that felt like family. Fresh fruits and warm smiles made my days brighter.

However, the bustling area outside had its challenges with some tourists' distractions and overzealous transport offers from non-hotel sources.

great location but needs improvements in service

The location stood out, as we were near several attractions. The city view from our room was quite pleasant, which added to our overall experience. The staff showed friendliness during our stay, making us feel welcomed.

It was just a fine choice for a brief sojourn in New Delhi with good price-value balance. I enjoyed a great stay thanks to the attentive service from Anurag and Navya. Look for local eateries for authentic meals nearby.

The stay at Hans was very productive. the executive room was spacious and comfortable. The business center featured state-of-the-art facilities that were essential for my meetings. The staff was exceptionally courteous, efficiently assisting in setting up my presentation equipment. The location is perfect, being just a short walk to the metro and various business hubs, making commuting very convenient.

The location was great, allowing us to explore nearby attractions like India Gate and Central Park within a short walking distance. My room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. However, the dining options could use improvement, as the breakfast buffet was somewhat limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the staff's courteous assistance.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Connaught Place and the metro. The executive room was nice, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The breakfast had a good variety, including custom-made omelettes and fresh juice. Staff was friendly and helped with local tips. Spa facilities were a nice bonus.

Despite the decent room, the hotel lacks basic amenities like complimentary bottled water and any real common areas to unwind. The breakfast, while advertised affordably, ended up costing way more than it should, and the quality offered isn’t worth a second glance. Without a proper bar or lively atmosphere, options for a relaxed evening within the hotel are practically nonexistent. Additionally, the furnishings are showing wear, and the towels and bed sheets are in desperate need of replacement, which impacts overall comfort.

I had a pleasant stay with my family. The location is great, just a short walk to the metro. The Executive Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. Breakfast was enjoyable and satisfying. 🙂

Comfortable room, attentive staff, great location, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and scenic tourist spots. Proximity to the metro station made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
